BlockNRolla™ offers more versatility and opportunities to conform to your individual physical needs than a standard 2” or 4” block. Because we are all different in our abilities and flexibility, we designed BlockNRolla to allow you greater stability, better joint support and improved spinal alignment. Each component (1” block, 2” block, 4” block & 3” half round) can also be used individually.

BlockNRolla™ was created to allow each practitioner the ability to quickly move from one configuration to another with minimal effort. Magnets ensure a fast, easy and exact alignment of the tool, making transitions effortless.

Caution Regarding Magnets:

Neodymium magnets are not for children or pets. They are not toys. Children and pets should not be allowed near neodymium magnets. Small magnets can pose a choking hazard. If multiple magnets are swallowed , they can attach to one another through intestine walls. This can cause severe health risk.

Neodymium magnets can affect pacemakers. The strong magnetic fields near a neodymium magnet can affect pacemakers, ICDs and other implanted medical devices. Many of these devices are made with a feature that deactivates it with a magnetic field. Therefore, care must be taken to avoid inadvertently deactivating such devices. Use by pregnant women should be under the direct supervision of a physician. Please keep away from infants, children and pets.

While the BlockNRolla™ is made to endure dampness during use, towel drying your BlockNRolla™ after each use can reduce the potential of salt deposits and bacterial buildup. Like other exercise equipment, care should be taken during use depending on the intensity of your practice.
