U.S. Domestic Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

We hold responsibility for orders until they are dropped at the designated delivery address at which point you take ownership of all boxes included in the order. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. However if the package was not successfully delivered to you please notify us within 48 hours so that we can assist you.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Return Policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the product or wish to return a product you ordered, please contact us at info@blocknrolla.com within 30 days of the purchase date. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item(s). We will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up.

Refunds are issued for items that are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date; the items must be unused and in resalable condition. Products that are returned after that timeframe must be approved. Be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Extra charges may be applied if return policy instructions are not followed.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you must email us at info@blocknrolla.com. If the order has not yet shipped you will be refunded the full amount of the order. Please remember that we process orders within minutes. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
